Bill has been actively selling, leasing and managing all types of properties for over 30 years. Bill also had the privilege of serving as Chairman for Canada for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and also was a director of the Calgary Real Estate Board for four years.

Bill earned and has been awarded several senior Real Estate related designations that include the Certificate in Real Estate (U of C), Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (FRI) and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. Bill has also had the privilege of holding various leadership positions within the community and his church.
